The Investors in People framework has three core principles:

The three principles breakdown into ten indicators, as you can see in the wheel diagram below.

'Plan' has four strategies, starting with Business Strategy. There are then four action-focused indicators to help you 'Do' what's in your plan. And finally 'Review' encourages you to evaluate results and feed them into continuous improvement for the future.
